Working principle:
The fan which is installed at the starting point of feeder system will drive the airflow into feeder, feed the material from the hopper, and then the feeder feeds the material in fixed quantity and fixed speed by gravity, the material and air will be driven into the end separator or storage hopper together through the transmission pipeline, after the material and air separated, the air will be exhausted at high point after filtered.
Features:
This system is a kind of pneumatic system of feeding material continuously by air, which takes roots fan as air source, rotating feeder as feeding device, with the features of low feeding pressure, and reliable feeding. The positive pressure system can be applicable to the dispersed feeding from one place to multi-places, with the functions of drying and classifying the material; because the pressure of system is positive, even if there are some gaps between the joints of pipeline, the outside air or rains will not go into it. The material can be discharged from the discharge opening easily. By using the piping valve, this positive pressure system can be equipped with several discharge points.
