About this product:
Working principle: the material will be fed into conveying tank (silo pump) from hopper by the feed valve, the high pressure gas generated by the compressor will convey the material to appointed material tank with certain speed, and then the gas will be exhausted at high point or discharged into dedusting pneumatic net after the separation of material and air.
Features: this system is a dense phase high pressure pneumatic conveying system using conveying tank to convey material, and taking air compressor as the air source, with the features of low flow velocity, low air consumption, suitable for long-distance and large-capacity conveying. This system can convey the material with good air permeability in fluidization. The dense phase system, with the features of low noise, and little crushing, is suitable for conveying cement, fly ash, mineral fines, foundry sand, industrial chemicals, food, pharmaceutical and other materials with large grindability.
