Structure principle:This machine mainly consists of impact grinding part and turbine grading part. The material is fed into the machine by screw propeller with its speed adjustable, and is grinded because of the impact, collision, rubbing and shearing between the impact hammer in the rotating disk which rotates with high speed and peripheral zigzag gear ring, and then is graded around the grading turbine along with the raising air flow, the grading turbine rotates to form a forced vortex field, then the qualified fine powder will enter into dust-collecting system, and the coarse powder will return to grinding part for a second time grinding. Adjusting the rotary speed of grading turbine can obtain the products with required particle size.
Features: compact structure, high efficiency, low energy consumption, large yield, uniform and tidy final product size, and the fineness of product can be adjusted randomly.
Purpose: it can be applicable to the application with high yield, and good fineness, and applicable to the material with less than Grade 4 of Mohs hardness and less than 10% water content. It can be widely used in industries such as non-metallic mineral, chemical engineering, pharmaceutics, agricultural chemicals, food, dyestuff, coatings, and structural materials.
