About this product:
FIM series fluidized-bed jet mill, made from SUS304 stainless steel, with the features of good appearance and good manufacturing, integrates the grinding, grading and homogeneous mixing. The grinding principle is: the materials, fed into grinding chamber by charger, and impacted by the high velocity air which accelerated by grinding jet nozzle, will impact each other with the speed of the superposition of two relative velocities. The grinding efficiency is quite high. The material after grinded will form a fluidized bed with air flow, and enter the grading turbine after raised, the coarse particles will return to grinding chamber for a second time grinding, and the fine particles will be discharged through grading turbine together with air flow, and then enter the dust collecting installation to obtain the final products. The tail gas will be exhausted by fan.
Structure principle:
1,The fineness of product can be adjusted through the frequency control of grading turbine, and the range of product diameters is quite small.
2,The material is grinded by the mutual impact inside the grinding chamber, thus the equipment has low wear rate, and is suit for the superfine grinding of superhard material.
3,Good appearance, simple structure, stable operation and convenient operation.
4,The main automatic control elements are imported, with attributes of reliable, durable, and low maintenance.
5,It uses inert gas to run in closed circuit, thus it can grind the inflammable, explosive and poison material.
