Principle:
General purpose air classifier, which is special for screening out the powder above 500mesh, takes international advanced turbine to separate screen: balancing the centrifugal force generated by the rotation of turbine rotor and the centripetal force generated by air, and changing the rotary speed of turbine (or the air quantity of series-wound fan) can adjust the fineness.
Features:
1ˇ˘It has perfect forced separation characteristic. No matter how the supply rate of material changes, high fineness can be guaranteed.
2ˇ˘It is equipped with secondary adjustable air intake mechanism, with high grading fineness, and wide grading range, and the fineness can be adjusted between 5-120μm randomly with the Newton efficiency higher than 70%-90%.
3ˇ˘It can compose loop circuit system with various microgrinders, and also can separate the materials independently.
