PCS-C bunker central material compounding system

Brief introduction:

PCS-C material compounding system is a kind of intellectualized computer system integrating control with management, with excellent, stable and reliable performance. This product, by taking imported top grade industrial computer as the host computer for material compounding, can build up a complete full set control system with operating console, mimic board, and weigh etc., and also can build up a system with one computer one weigh, or one computer multi weighs, thus selecting this system can greatly improve the production efficiency and operating capacity of the enterprise. PCS-C material proportioning and blending system consists of bag opening machine, master and auxiliary bunker, automatic weighing proportioning system and blending system, air-driven lift system and dust collecting system etc, with the whole system controlled by interlock, and equipped with audible and visual alarm for abnormal circumstance, thus the unattended operation control and failure self diagnostics can be actualized.

Component parts

Master bunker, auxiliary bunker, bag-opening machine: the materials enter into the bunker completely in bulk (in bags, trough truck etc.).

Automatic weighing proportioning system: Automatically weigh the material according to the formula.

Liquid material system: provide the required liquid auxiliary material to the mixer according to weight. 

Mixer: blend all the materials that are weighed according to formula.

Dry blending bunker: it is used for the materials after blending, which are ready for next working procedure.

Air-driven system: complete the material conveying, positive pressure air driving or negative pressure air suction, feed material centralizedly etc.

Auxiliary system: platform, frame, cable tray and so on.

Central dust collecting system: provide the air quantity for dust collecting for each points which requires dedusting.

Computer management system: Intellectualized management, data statistics, handling, touch screen control, analog real time display for the whole process.

Features:

Bag opening machine can be equipped with stainless wire net, magnetic support, thus the foreign matters can be prevented. The bunker can be equipped with a level sensing device, and the material can be weighed instantly.

PLC, the advanced weighing control instrument, can fit for standard communication interface, and is the core guarantee, with high accuracy, stable and reliable operating.

Liquid charging system is controlled automatically, and can be equipped with the tray for holding liquid, thus, there is no dripping, and the site is clean.

The type of mixer can be appointed by customer.

The bunker is equipped with homogenizing device, which will not make the blended material separated.

Specialized pipe feeding, such as positive pressure air driving or negative pressure air suction, feed material centralizedly etc., which can be decided in accordance with the distance of material.

The auxiliary system is specially designed to fixed type or dismountable type, which is safe and reliable.

The energy saving design of the central dust collecting system can save the investment and protect the environment.
