Working principal:

The powdery material is fed into the flaking main hopper quantitatively and evenly from the vibrating hopper and through the horizontal screw feeder. Keep the constant material level in the flaking main hopper, and after the precompression of powdery material by the vertical cone spiral in the flaking main hopper, convey it to the arc notch of the two pressing rollers. The same half oblate arc notches or rhombus notches are evenly distributed on the surface of two pressing rollers. By the rotation of double output reducer and crowned coupling, the two pressing rollers rotate at the same speed in the reverse direction to get the powdery material into the notch and compress it instantly. The compressed material will fall from the notch into the crushing and granulating system by elasticity and gravity when the pressure reduces gradually. After that, make sizing and grading according to the customers’ requirement to get the qualified even granular product and the powder could be returned to the vibrating feeding hopper for recycling.
