The company has been committed to developing and manufacturing dust collectors for various industrial applications for many years. Luben designed and developed LBCGA series square and cylindrical central dust collector with assured quality after accumulating rich experience in dust collecting.
This product with unique shape is specially designed for pneumatic conveying under the state of positive pressure or negative pressure. It has quite high dust collection efficiency, and each filtering structure has been tested strictly to meet the standard of Germany B.I.A. It uses modularization design:
1.Top cover – it has standard rain-proof top cover, top cover for fan and centralized filtering (with flange), and top cover with a side fan connector.
2.Cleaning system – by jet of compressed air or by electric vibrator.
3.Main body – it has insert body, standard body, body for peak negative pressure of 0.5bar, and body with access opening.
4.Bottom – there are bottom ring, dust collection bunker, and dust collection bunker equipped with drying equipment for your choice.
5.Filter element –card filter element (FS type) which can be replaced through the access opening, round bag filter element (FM type), bag filter element (FB type) which can be replaced through the access opening, ellipse bag filter element (FE type).
Features:
Corrosion proof: the body of dust collector is made from stainless steel or materials with anti corrosive coating.
Can do the routine maintenance at the side of dust collector with clean air.
Has the pre-separation effect with down flowing air.
