LBLG colter mixer is a new high efficient powder mixer, which is designed and manufactured by Luben. This mixer can be used to mix the powder with powder, or power with liquid for different industries such as chemicals, pharmaceutics, food, feedstuff, dyestuff, metallurgy and mine and so on. Besides, it applies to the compound process such as wet granulating, drying, and concentrating etc. This machine is a multifunctional mixer with strong adaptability and wide uses.
Features:
This mixer mainly consists of transmission, horizontal barrel, colter group shaft, fly cutter group, discharging valve, hydrojet device and so on. The horizontal barrel has several openings for observing the feeding and discharging of material. The colter group shaft holder is fixed on the cover boards of both ends of barrel. The colter group shaft consists of colter, colter arm and main shaft. The colter is fixed in the main shaft by the colter arm, and shaped into half structure for easy dismounting. The fly cutter group consists of several fly cutters, is driven through auxiliary motor directly, and fixed at the side of barrel. The fly cutter shaft uses multi-seal structure in order to prevent the dusts entering the shaft bearing. The discharging value is fixed at the bottom of barrel for shutting and discharging materials. It works through the handle and four bar linkage mechanism. The hydrojet device is fixed at the circumference of barrel with the jet nozzle for agricultural use, which has good spreading effect.
